Janice and I only knew Gerta for a couple of years, but she has left a lasting impression on us. She was a uniquely strong woman. We fell in love with her!
I loved playing my drums for her, because she would tap her hands on her knees in perfect time, and her face would light up, and I felt her musical passion and love.
We will miss her and think of her always!
Rest in Peace, Dear Lady.
