My heartfelt condolences~ Gert lent a loving, steady "hand & heart" at Gilda's Club which I will always remember as a 9-year survivor & one of the first members of Gilda's Club~ for that I am grateful. Blessings to Gert & her family~

Gert was a member of the "Band of 64" and I remember her quick smile and goodness. Linda, you will be in our thoughts and prayers, as will Mary.

Gert I will miss your smile, your hugs, and your kind words. You always had time for all. You are the true meaning of Gilda's Club and now HopeClub. Rest in peace knowing all you have done for others. Linda I am truly sorry for your loss, but the memories you have are so precious

Linda, my deepest sympathies. Gert was a wonderful kind person who did so much for others. I remember the fun we had gift wrapping at Crossgates for Gilda's Club.

I was so sad to hear of Gert's passing. I will always remember her generous heart, boundless energy, and deep concern for others. My condolences to Linda, Mary and all who loved her.
