Not sure what to say?

Margaret and Sharon
Unfortunately I did not know your mom. I do know her daughters Margaret and Sharon and I believe that apples don't fall far from the tree. she had to have been wonderful to raise such wonderful daughters. My sincere sympathy to the family.

Janet Henry and family

I did not know Gertie for a long time but from day one she was like a grandma to me. she would call me her candor brat. I work with Gertie when she was at hospicare. I will miss her calling me a brat and tell me to go home after a long shift ( she will be missed by all )

Gertie was my 2nd mother. I have so many cherished memories of our families on Coddington Rd. that it's hard to find just one to publish. As I said at her funeral- She was "tiny, but mighty".

Gertrude has been a part of my life
since I was old enough to begin my childhood memories. Her Mother was
my Granmother's sister. When I was older I still remember her working
taking care of the older patients
at the old hospital on Quarry St.
I loved her & always admired all she did for so many people. She was a good person she will be missed by a whole lot of people. I remember how good she was to me when I was growing up!!!
I will pray for God to hold...

TO ALL OF GERTIES FAMILY. GERTIE HAS BEEN A GREAT FRIEND AND NEIGHBOR. I WILL SURELY MISS HER AS I SAW HER ALMOST EVERY DAY. SHE WAS A GREAT LADY. MY DAY CARE KIDS WILL MISS GOING TO VISIT HER AND RECEIVING THE CANDY SHE ENJOYED GIVING THEM.

Especially for Sharron and Margie but for all my extended family: You all know well that I will miss "Grandma Gertie Gray". It has been pure joy throughout the years just knowing her and loving her; being a part of her family. We know now she will be "met" by other very important people from her (and our) past; be consoled by that. I love you all! Sorry we are not there.
Aunt Katie (and Uncle Phil)

Gertie was a wonderful neighbor, co-worker and friend. I know that she will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Our sympathies to the family.
