Gertrude "Gert" Jacobs

Jacobs, Gertrude "Gert" Age 92, of New Hope, long time resident of Motley, passed away Monday, March 19, 2007. She was a longtime parishioner of the Church of St. Michael. Preceded in death by husband, Phil; daughter, Kathryn; two grandchildren; brothers, Art and Jim; sisters, Marion and LuElla. Survived by sons, Paul (Elaine), Jack (Jo), and Steve (Sue); son-in-law, Walter Hanson; 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; sister, Evelyn "Ep" Alden; plus many other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 1 PM Friday at Church of the Holy Family, 5900 W. Lake St, St. Louis Park, with interment 11 AM Saturday in Motley, MN. Visitation Thursday (TONIGHT) 5 to 8 PM at Gearty-Delmore Park Chapel, Wooddale @ Excelsior Ave., St. Louis Park, and again one hour prior to Mass at church Friday.
