Not sure what to say?

The Wright State University Retirees Association extends our condolences to the family of Gertrude Johnson-Copeland. We also wish to acknowledge her years of service to our University.

So sorry to hear about Gert. Her and my mother Teresa Shaffer were best friends since high school. They had such a good time when they were together. They would laugh the whole time. Gert was such a good friend to my mom and they were close until Teresa passed. I am so glad mom had a friend like Gert.
Sending prayers.

Gert was a deer friend. We graduated from CCH Springfield. We had so many good times with several good friends who got together for many years. So sorry for your loss. Steam

She was a fun loving lady. Her smile was beautiful. She was in Forest Glen with my mom. When I visited my mom I made sure I would make my way to visit Gertrude and clap with her. She was kind and to her family I am sorry for your loss.
