Gertrude "Eileen" (Toohey) Pierce, 73, of Milton, formerly of Dorchester, Massachusetts, wife of the late Thorton "Tom" Pierce, died suddenly on Friday, December 5, 2003. Calling hours are scheduled for Wednesday, December 10, 2003, 2-6 p.m., at John C. Mulry Funeral Homes, 2 King Street, Dorchester. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, December 11, 8:15 a.m., at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, 9 a.m., at St. Mark's Church, 1725 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester. Burial will be private.
