Gertrude D. Visser

So many fond memories of the Visser family back when "the gang" got together! Both Mrs Visser and Dr. Visser were always pleasant and hospitable! I think she always had a smile on her face. I´m sorry I couldn´t attend the service as I had just had knee replacement a few days prior but sing the hymns she loved so much was surely a blessed time! Seeing out parents pass is a hard yet joyful time as we will be able to see them again and know that they are rejoicing at the feet of Jesus!

The first time we meet Gert was at Charlie´s Crab for dinner prior to the joining in marriage of Cory and Sara. Gert was a happy lady who enjoyed her Barley Pops (beer) and a good conversation. We absolutely enjoyed those beautiful family "get togethers or celebrations are her home. Gert was a very generous person who even opened her home for family to stay with her. Steve and I scratched our heads when she smelled gas in her enclosed porch and eventually we found it! Gert had a smile on her...

Tim, Steve, Jane and spouses - Please accept our condolences with regard to your mother (in-law). She was a wonderful, loving, God-honoring lady and we are happy that she can now be reunited with her husband and son and all the others she loved. I am so thankful and have so many wonderful memories of times shared at your home and with all the others that were part of our mom's "gang". Disappointed to not be able to attend today but a hospitalization this past week necessitates staying here...
