Not sure what to say?

One of the nicest ladies I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I met Gert many years ago when she was manager at the old Tru-Valu Credit Union connected with Shurfine Foods. She will be remembered fondly by those who knew her.

Gert was a special lady and so much fun to be with. Always had a smile and a great attitude. I feel blessed to have known her. She will be missed very much. My deepest sympathy to the family.

So sorry we couldn't be with the family. Gert was so kind to us. Welcoming us when we would visit Jim and her in Florida. Our thoughts and prayers are with the friends and family.Ray/Belinda Stacey

Gert will be deeply missed by all of us here in Florida. She was a great lady and a wonderful friend. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family

Our heartfelt sympathy to all of Gert's family. We will miss her.

Tom and Kristi so sorry to hear your mom passed. She is with your dad now in a much better place. Don't be sad she died, be glad she lived. May god be with you in your time of need.

Love always Elaine Berkel

Gert was a wonderful woman, I worked with her at Tru-Value Credit Union and enjoyed many laughs with her there and also on the boat up at their trailer.
Always smiling and always welcoming, she will truly be missed.
Know that my thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time of loss.
May the Angels welcome her to Paradise.

I worked with Gert several years ago, she was a wonderful, beautiul woman that I feel so very blessed to have known. Even after I had left the Credit Union where we worked together and moved away from Michigan, many times through out the years, she has crossed my mind and made me smile. My sympanthy, love and prayers to out to her family. God Bless

We both loved Gert so much and will always miss her smile, sense of humor and kindness. Now she can be with Junior James in peace.
