Gideon was a very special friend. When we were in school we spent many hours riding bikes and talking. Years later we reconnected and it was if we were never apart. We talked, he shared his thoughts and never had anything but kind things to say. I will certainly miss my dear friend.

I worked with Gideon at the Charleston County Public Library and am sad to learn of his passing. He was great fun, loved by staff and the children of the Dorchester branch. We've missed him and I know he will be dearly missed by you.
