Yolanda and Family, It seems like yesterday when Gil and I worked together at National Image, Inc. addressing the many issues that were impacting the Hispanic community nationwide. Gil was a mentor, a friend and someone who was deeply commited to the betterment of our community and society in general. His hard work and effort will continue to make a difference in our community and our nation as we move forward in this century today, tomorrow and always. I will always hold dear what he did...

Yolie & Family our prayers and thoughts be with you at this moment. From my family to yours our sincere condolences with lots of love. Their isn't enough words to say how much inspiration our brother Gil has been to me and others, just that he will be missed. In what he believed had a turning point in my life which i will always cherish in my heart. Not only I feel this way, for what He sowed in me has touched many more than many individualizes aren't aware of. He may not be here in the flesh...

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

Yolanda & the entire Chavez Family:
Gil will always be a positive light in my life just like he was to thousands of other people. This I know. Upon hearing of Gil's passing, I have reflected on the major impact he had on our lives. For example, Gil referred my first client to me in 1972 when he heard that I passed the bar exam. In 1988, Gil recommended me to become the General Counsel to National Image, Inc., i accepted and served for almost 10 years. Gil also recommend one of the...

Yolanda,
Please accept my condolences, my prayers are with you and your family.
He was a great friend while I was in D.C and thereafter. I loved his sense of humor among allhis other traits. My compadre Jess Quintero and I used to fly with him frequently, he was a little apprehensive about flying and we used to tease him while flying.

He will be missed by many.

May you rest in peace my brother, and I will be proud to join any organization that you start up...
