I just stumbled on this heartbreaking news. I am shocked. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family. He was one of the few true influencers in my life. His spirit touched me in so many ways and his passing makes me pause to make sure I account for the ones I love and admire. God speed Melanie!

Just learned of Gill's death. You are in our prayers.
Give my love and heartfelt sympathy to Bill and Mary.

Prayers that God's grace will continue to wrap you and your family, Melanie, in His never-ending love. Our family loved the years we had getting to know your family in Madison, and know that your hurt flows deep and wide. May your faith hang tight as you live your life committed to memories of the beautiful gifts that you and Gil made to this world.

Melanie, my heart goes out to you and your children. Reading about your husband's life work lets me know he was a wonderful man of faith and compassion and spent his life helping others. May his legacy of service live on through you and your children. Praying comfort and peace for your entire family. Love you, Lula Coleman
