Not sure what to say?

Lisa,
I don't know what happened but I do know that Gil was one of the sweetest, kindest men I have met. I am so glad that you found each other and had your time together. I love you and pray for your comfort while you are grieving his passing. God be with you until you meet again. I am in Cedartown if you need to get in touch.

Love,
Susan Andrews Cobb

I was so shocked & saddened to read of Gil's passing. He & his brother, Joe, were customers of mine when I worked at Rome Paging Co. He never met a stranger & was a joy to be around the time I knew him. May his family know the comfort & peace only our Heavenly Father can bring during such difficult times.

I knew Gil through my sister, Juli and Bill Cessna (Gil's stepbrother). I am deeply sorry for your loss.

Very sorry that we lost Gil. Our prayers are with you Lisa.

My thoughts and prayer are with you and your family during this difficult time.
Please know I am here for you. I love you.

Lisa, I am SO sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers thru this hard time. I love you

This was a great day, we were all looking forward to many more. Fare well and God bless you.

My deepest condolences to the family and my prayers that they and Gil find the peace of God which transcends all understanding and binds the hearts and minds to Jesus the Christ. Gil was a student of mine when he attended Lyman Ward Military Academy in Camp Hill, Alabama.

I was surprised to hear of Gil's passing and you have my sincere condolences. I remember Gil's smiling face as an 8th or 9th grader in my math class at Lyman Ward. He was one of those young men who had to be constantly reminded to get back on task. Therefore, he earned the nickname of "Work Watts".

Gil tracked me down after all these years and we would text each other on a fairly regular basis. I will miss his texts, but the memories of his mischievous grin remain.
