Not sure what to say?

I got to know Gil over twenty years ago. Frankly, he was a joy to be around. He could put you at ease with one comment. And set forth your curiosity with another. And he stayed curious well after his prime. He´ll remain an inspiration to me for years to come. Sending love to his better half and magnificent daughters. Rest in peace my friend

So sorry to hear about Uncle Gilbert's passing. I started remembering all of the fun times I had growing up in Fairfield. I remember the first time I saw him on his 900 Kawasaki, I knew I would have a motorcycle some day. The last time we spoke we talked about the different rides we had taken, and we were surprised to learn we had done some of the same ones. A gentle man yet tough at the same time. Gil, you will be missed by many but never leave our hearts. Sending love to Jan and family.

I am very saddened to hear of Gil's passing. Great memories of working with Gil at Gunther Mills back in the '80s. Saw him once or twice since then... had hoped to reconnect, but life, somehow, always gets in the way. My sincerest condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.

I had not seen Gil for many years but he was a wonderful man to be around with. He will surely be miss by his family and his friends. My deepest sympathy to his family

I loved chatting with Uncle Gil about music. He was so into the drums and I always loved his passion for learning new things. He was such a talented person and will be missed greatly. Love you Uncle Gil!
