Gilbert P. Bloom, 90, of Idaho Falls, died Jan. 14, 2010, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. He was born July 30, 1919, in Orofino, Idaho, the son of Edward and Catherine Green Bloom. He spent his earlier years and attended school in Lewiston, Idaho.
