My heart is filled with such emotions with you gone. i am so sad that you are not with us and more sad that I was not able to be with you. I am so happy that you are with Mae, Randy, Roger and GG. I know they were all so happy to see you. It must of been joyous. I Thank for all you have done for us in your time with us. Greg will cherish those memories forever. I miss you and I am glad you are home.

Dear Ellen, Dorothy and family of Gilbert - we go back a long time in history - all us West Huntsville Baptist girls spent most Sunday afternoons at the Hamby's and visited among the sisters living right around each other on 10th Avenue. Last time Edith had me to lunch, was there on vacation - Betty and Mae both there and we had the bestest time. Gilbert was a fine gentleman - God Bless You All. I love you.....Frances O'Rear Witcher

I held your hand as you took your last breaths ..... I hope I only made you feel comfort & peace in your journey home to be reunited with Daddy, Uncle Randy, & Grandma . ..Give them all a great big hug and kiss from me, & I love u with all my heart!

My thoughts and prayers are with each and every family member. Uncle Gib always had a smile and an "I love you" for me any time that I saw him, which always made him even more special to me. Some of my best memories from my childhood are those of time spent with him and Aunt Mae. May you rest in peace, Uncle Gib.....you deserve it after all that you endured in your lifetime.
