Gil was absolutely the kindest man I ever met. We met by chance at Wawa in Woodstown, NJ about 20 years ago. As it was, there was a man who needed help, and we both intervened. Afterwards, Gil and I talked for hours, becoming friends. His love for Jesus was evident. Throughout the 20 years I was blessed to know Gil, he exemplified Christ to my family by his many acts of kindness and generosity. He helped my husband, Jim, when he lost his job.
