I had the good fortune to work with Dr. Gil Grossman while serving as an administrator at Crawford Long Hospital where Gil practiced for more than 40 years. I first met Gil in March 1975 when he was caring for my mother in the hospital's 31 ICU. He was so kind and caring for all of her family as we dealt with her decline and death.
