Gilbert J. Popovich

Mister Popovich was my principal at Loreto Street Elementary from 1975-81. He was kind, gracious, and encouraged students to join a committee or club, and especially take pride in one's community. He drove an elegant, spacious yellow Lincoln Continental that fascinated my spinning imagination. He lived a long and fulfilled life.
