Gilbert "Gil" Reed

We were very saddened hearing the passing of Gil. I worked with Gill for many years and he will be greatly missed. Our deepest condolences.

Dear Lynn: Reluctantly Gil was recruited into our "dog family" and we appreciated him for his helpfulness and kindness, not only to our rescue humans but also the dogs. His warm smile and sense of humor will be remembered. It was a pleasure knowing him.

I am very saddened for your loss. However brief my encounter was with Gill it was easy to see what a magnificent individual he was and strong the love between the two of you was. I just heard that Gil had passed away. You have my deepest sympathy. At my father's funeral someone told me, "Instead of praying FOR him, now you can pray TO him." This brought me much comfort and I hope it will do the same for you. Miss seeing you both at the Tuesday Dinner Group. We had a lot of laughs!

I knew Gil a very long time, back when he came from Texas he worked for me, then we were coworkers as Process Quality Managers but most of all we were friends! We can only imagaine what thoughts are currently going through your head during this sad time. We were shocked by Gil's sudden passing and want you to know that we are deeply sorry for your lost. It is never easy to lose someone so close to the hoildays. If there is anything we can do, please let us know. Gil was a great guy and his death saddens us all.
