Gilbert Paredes Rodriguez

I am sorry to read of the passing of your loved one. He will be missed greatly. Death was never a part of God's original plan for mankind. Sadly due the disobedience of Adam in the Garden of Eden, we all inherited sin and death as recorded at Romans 5:12. Lovingly Our Heavenly Father extends a sure hope of everlasting life as found at John 17:3. He will accomplish this by means of his Kingdom in which we pray for in the Lord's Prayer. Once more I am sorry for your loss.

I was shocked to hear about Gilbert. I went to Woodrow with David and got to know Gilbert there and his love for baseball. Gilbert was one of the guys you could count on. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Rodriguez family.

Gilbert and I went to JL Long Jr High and Woodrow Wilson HS together, so I have known him a very long time. I can't say enough about the kind, thoughtful, fun, intelligent, hardworking, honest man he was. Gilbert was the one you sought out(if he didn't find you first) to visit with when our class got together. He always brought a smile to my face and a warmth to my heart. He was loved and respected by everyone. Our Woodrow Class of 68 family will truly miss him. May your soar on eagles wings...

Like Clarence said it is amazing how one person can effect the lives of so many people. From all the loving stories from friends, Gilbert did just that!
