I am so very sorry to hear of Dr Ross' passing. I started working for Dr Ross in 1972 in the EEG Dept. He was the most patient, gentle and kindest person I ever meet. No one could ask for a better boss. He taught us techs so much. Dr Ross is why I remained at Upstate Medical Ctr for almost forty years. I loved my job and the people I worked with, especially Dr Ross. Rest in Peace Dr Ross. You will be missed.

Dad, you were a gentle and inspiring presence in my life and that of so many people who have written to the family this week. Can't believe you were taken from us so quickly. Love you and miss you.
