Not sure what to say?

Margaret, I often think of our festival get togethers. We miss seeing Gil and you. Take care. Rowena & Allen Worrell

We still remember on this third anniversary of his passing. We camped with Gil & Margaret many times at music festivals. Enjoyed hearing about Gils travels to other countries. Enjoyed visiting with both of them.

Dad, Through this year you have been that whisper in my ear when I think of you, the smile when I say hello every morning and the hope you are safe and at rest

Thinking of you Gil. You are missed. RIP.

A husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. A man deeply devoted to his God and his Country. A man who; once becoming your friend; remained one for a lifetime. A man I will always call Pop.
Always in my thoughts
Your son, Stephen

Gil was a dear friend and a great and interesting person, I surely will miss him, good Hunting my friend.Mario Ruffino

Dear Gil,
I will miss you always making me laugh and telling me to hang in there when you and Margaret visited us and on the phone when we talked. RIP and watch over us.

To the friends and family of Gilbert Sylvia. I worked with Gilbert Sylvia at the Newport News Sheriff's Office in the early 1990's. Of course, I only knew him a Captain Sylvia. He was a kind and caring individual back then and I'm sure that never changed. I am so sorry for your loss.

Gill was a dear friend. Loved to hear his memories of overseas tours. We will definitely miss camping with Gill & Margaret. We have you in our thoughts and prayers.
