As a member of NFD for years I had the honor of knowing Gil for many years. He was a great mentor and made you want to be a better person. He will be missed dearly.

My mother, Rita Anderson, worked with Gil's wife Miriam at the Trumbull Town Hall. Gil would share the bounty of his vegetable garden with us. What a lovely gentleman Gil was. He will be missed.
