Not sure what to say?

I knew Gilbert during his time in NYC in the mid 90s; he was a star. I have a few of his pieces in my current Boston home. I’ll always remember him.

He was a great friend and a wonderful client. I miss him dearly

I was searching for Gilbert for so long...he was one of my mentors at my very first retail job at Escada some 18 years ago. He taught me so much and I am so saddened by his passing. He was truly a fantastic man and leader.

I've known and worked with Gilbert for 18 years .Regardless of how gray the day was he always managed to find that ray of sunshine. He is truly loved and deeply missed.

I designed with Gilbert in NYC for over 15 years. He was creative and it was always a marvelous and unusual experience. He will be with me always..

My deepest sympathy to the entire family, especially his Mother who he lovingly called Connie. I am glad you were there with him in his last hours. Meeting Gilbert changed my life, he was extraordinarily creative and full of life. I will miss him deeply.

Darrell Burks - Gilbert's friend and Realtor

i found Gilbert his Florida home in Ft. Lauderdale. He was so sweet and kind. I found so much joy in finding him his dream home and he was doing great things with it. I will miss him dearly.

Dear Lisa,
You touched my heart today with the love that you so visibly showed for your brother Gilbert. You were an awesome sister to him I am sure through his life and through his illness. Love to all of you at this time and always.
Susan Macaulay

Lisa,

My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
