Gillis We were Mom's together at Browning & I remember you the Star at Thr Stork Club Television Show You were always Dazzling + the Best Mom Sweet Dreams Gillis

Gillis created a whole new genre in the modeling field with Manniquin Agency. I was one of lucky ones to benefit from her invention. I'm so glad I had a chance to be with Gillis and see her in such fine form at our reunion. Wow, she was 83 then. You will never be forgotten. Astrida

To Anthony - I had such fun with your mother - just adored her and will miss seeing her my usual once a year or on rare occasion here in Santa Fe. I shall remember her with great pleasure for may years to come.
My sympathy to you,
Q

Though my years working for you were few, my experiences were many. You hired special women and I am proud to still call some of them my friends. My thoughts are with your family at this very sad time.

Gillis, a classic beauty

a toast to you from your "Girls"

In deep appreciation for all my years with Mannequin, the friendships and life I enjoy began with your invitation to join Mannequin Agency 1966. Your guidance made a difference in my life.
Love,
Marcy

We are so saddened to hear of Gillis's passing. She was a remarkable woman. Her friendship and support has had a resounding effect on my life to this day. She taught me to be tough but considerate, tenacious but graceful and not to ever compromise my standards. I have so many fond memories of her kindness to me and my family and the wonderful Thanksgiving days with she and all our boys. I think of her often and will never forget her. Sleep peacefully dear Gillis. Tasha
