So very sorry to read of your loss. Mr, McDowell was the lawyer who helped us with our 1st home buying! He was kind and thoughtful ,helping two newbies get things right. Praying for the whole family.

Elsa, I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved Simms. You always talked of him with such love and humor. I hope you and your family find consolation in remembering your precious life with him.

Please accept my deepest condolences and sympathies on the passing of Simms. I had the honor of serving with Simms on the District 20 Constituent School Board for 6 years in the 1980s. He always acted with concern for the best interests of all of the students in District 20 (Peninsula Charleston.)
