Happy 46th Birthday, Gina!
I can't believe it has been so long since I have seen you & hugged you & told you how very much I love you.
You were a gift from God, snatched away too soon. I think of your beautiful face & eyes & how full of wonder & life they were from the very first day you were born. Always willing to try your very best at all things & so very smart. I try to imagine you now & know that we would be forever friends & our lives would be full of...

I can’t see you but I know you’re here. Love you always.

Sorrow is too small a word
for what we are going through.
There's not a word deep enough
or wide enough........but we struggle on.

August 25, 1979 - one of the best days of my life. Can't believe you would be 45 today. Love you so so much forever and ever.

You had a plan that we would both vacation together on a tropical island. I know you did that to cheer me up because you didn't really like beaches. I remember that especially because you were so sweet & caring about me.

Happy 45th Birthday, my precious daughter!! I miss you more & more as my life goes by & I feel all alone. But little things will happen on some days that make me feel closer to you. Like the song, "Take These Broken Wings" came on the radio one morning recently on my way to work & I absolutely felt your presence. I could feel you smiling & laughing, because you really didn't like that song & joked about it all the time. It brought a smile to my face.

August 25, 2023 Happy Birthday, Gina !!! I'm waiting on that star to fall.

Your Dad was thinking of a song in the 80s & you loved 80 songs. This one I'm not sure you would have listened to, but some of the words say how I feel about you. The song is Waiting for a Star to Fall by Boy Meets Girl... Waiting for a star to fall And carry your heart into my arms That's where you belong In my arms, baby, yeah
