Not sure what to say?

I can't believe it's been 5 years. I remember how warm, caring and fun she was the moment I first met her. She was so comfortable to be around and after our first meeting - I left thinking wow - I feel like I've known her forever. Although we didn't see each other much, we communicated via facebook and she was always encouraging, positive and had such a heart for the Lord. She's all cheering us on in heaven, I'm sure.

When I remember Ginger I think of her never ending love, care and prayers for my son who surely need it and she made a great difference in her life. Then I have tears because we miss her but rejoice that she has seen her loving Savior face to face and heard him say well done my good and faithful servant. Enter your rest.

Jon,

Jon,

Kay and I were shocked by the news. God must have needed a very special helper.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Jon: Paul and I are deeply saddened and were shocked at the news. Our hearts go out to you and your family. Ginger was a light in many peoples lives. I loved her as did everyone the first time I met her. Her spunky, outgoing, carefree, loving personality. So joyful and positive. She continued to keep in touch with me a bit through Facebook, I enjoyed seeing you, her and all your kids/grandkids. I often thought, God has blessed you all with love, laughter and a strong family bond. ...

Ginger Goad was God in Action. I was very moved by the Holy Spirit early on when I first meet her and by her family sharing at her service Friday. To me the Goads are Blessing and Ginger lead the way. Thank You God for sharing Ginger with me and so many others. God Bless and keep the Goad Family. We Praise You and Thank You Father- In the name of Jesus I pray- amen.

Jon, Anne and I so blessed to have both you and Ginger as part of our lives. May God bless and shine upon The Goad Family.

Jon&Family, I am an old neighbor to David and Rosemary Goad. I came back into contact with Ginger when she came to help out at Grand Rapids Public Schools Nutrition Dept. I learned what an awesome person Ginger was, and what a great chef she was. To this day I still use and love some of the recipes she shared with me. Ginger also shared her hospitality with me a number of times. She invited me up to see a few of the places you lived and how beautiful she had decorated them. She was a gal...

It was such a privilege knowing Ginger!! Her zest for life and love for Jesus were an inspiration to me!! What a wonderful gal she was--my life was inspired by her!! I am praying for your family!!

We just discovered the u-tube film of Jon and Ginger speaking of "Who is Jesus to You"? I have watched it 3x and it has impacted us greatly. I was touched by the honesty, transparency and courage it took. As she spoke in the film, I thought of how her face is now looking right at Jesus now and He has said "Well done"! We are lifting you all up in prayer. Linda and Bill Bassford
