Frank was a wonderful family friend that we met when my father Norman was stationed at Camp LeJeune in 1973. I was so fortunate in 2017 to be able to take my wife Charlene and sons Jake and Caden back to meet Frank, whom they'd heard so much about and enjoy his company once more.
