Dear Antoinette. It's with our deepest sorrow that we hear of Giulia's passing. I met Giulia when she and John moved into the 3 family house I lived in on South Street in Hartford when I was a teenager. I believe they were still there when I went into Service in 1955, stationed in Germany. On occasion I would receive a package from Julie filled with all of her famous goodies including cigarettes. Every body smoked at that time. I got married to June when I got out of the Army. When we started...

I had the privilege of working with Giula. We did the packaging of her filters. She was an incredible person and cook (She brought pizza).Giulia and John were two of the nicest people to work with.
