Dear Gladyne: R.I.P. Gabrielle

I'm so sorry to hear about Gladine. I sound of about it only yesterday. I wiil always remember lovely moments at Marrymount School. I will miss her.

Gladyne was a friend of many years since high school in Rome. I knew her since I was 14 years old, and will keep those fond memories. She will be missed. Rest in peace in the bosom of our Lord, my friend.

Please be advised that I was not aware of the passing of my Sister, Gladyne until today. In any event, my prayers are for her soul as well as for the individuals - including her Family who cared for her.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Gladyne. I am so thankful for the wonderful phone conversations we had. God bless.

Gladyne was a loving and trusted friend to me for over 40 years. She was gracious, supportive and sterlingly honest. She loved history and was always interested in good health and new medical science. Heartfelt condolences especially to Mary and Tony and all of her extended family. I will miss her greatly. With loving thoughts, Barbara M. Skinner

Gladybe and I shared the same block on Broadway for almost 20 years. We met because wine for my husband was incorrectly delivered to Gladyne:s home and she called us personally to alert us to its presence. As we all had a passion for wine we became immediate friends. In fact, Holbrook introduced my husband to the International Wine and Food Society where Michael became the Wine Chair. We enjoyed many wine centric events together. Gladyne and Holbrook were definitely part of our neighborhood...
