Not sure what to say?

Sweet mom, I miss your smile, laughter, sense of humor and will always love you! Til we meet again, Dene

Gone but not forgotten! Love you Gladys!

Gladys and I are first cousin on the France side of the Family. Living so far apart, we really didn't get to know each other as well as I wished we did. But when she would come to Minnesota or I to California we had great talks about our families and what we were up to. At Christmas we would write to each other and keep up on the family news, and I will miss her letters. My thoughts and prayers are with Gladys' family and she will be deeply miss.

Cousin, Betty Ann

My thoughts are with Dene, Dail and all of Gladys' family. She was a wonderful lady and so glad for the many years of friendship I had with her and Dick at CCCPB. Together we made a small quilt for Rev. Jerry Lawritson to enjoy during his final months, reading all the many messages shared by his congregation. I hope Gladys and Dick are singing and dancing with the angels.

I know her as my Step-Mom. We talked a few times but got to meet her and my 2 sisters and they were all soooooooo wonderful. Even my sisters Husbands are fantastic. I hope she is enjoying her next world of wonderfulness.

Gladys..Mrs. Bakken..What an amazing and resilient woman! Thank you for blessing my college years with the friendship of Dene. You and Dick raised two incredible women...and, in turn, they loved you so deeply as you loved them. My memories include watching Dene model the dresses you sewed for various dances/occasions. I was oh so envious;). You were the cool Mom but so respected by your daughters. I'm glad that our paths crossed in this lifetime. I pray for your family to find peace and...

Gladys you will always be in my heart. Our over 65 years of friendship has been special to me. Your life was well lived. Blessings, mona

Good Morning, Mom. You are always on my mind and I miss you so much! We were blessed to have such an amazing lady in our lives and we never took that blessing for granted. I pray you are dancing now and can feel God's love surrounding you. Give Dad a hug from me. Until we meet again..keep on smiling and "laughing everyday!"

Gladys, you will always be remembered for your wonderful sense of humor and talented sewing, and for being an amazing, loving mom. You are in our hearts and minds. We will miss you greatly.
