Gladys Nemmer Bertrand

We knew Gladys and Roy Bertrand in 1962 to 1965 while stationed at James Connelly AFB at Waco, TX. They were warm generous people. We remained friends with their eldest son, Roy Bertrand, Jr. and his wife, Darlene for the next 40-50 years and through them kept up with Gladys Bertrand until her passing. We recall a dinner at their home in mid-1965 where she served her famous Cabbage Rolls and we enjoyed a multitude of other goodies! Carmelina recalls attending some Waco, Tx Restaurant...
