I just discovered Dr. Bryant's passing. She was one the most influential teachers in my life. Almost all my political science classes at Belmont were with her. I am saddened but know that heaven is a better place because of her.

One of my major professors while at Belmont in the early 1980's. Always encouraging. Always broadening my view of the world.

Hap was truly a lady who lived her faith. She was always encouraging to my wife and I who led in missions programs for youth at Brentwood Baptist. We will always remember her as a friend who served her Lord with great zeal. Joe & Janice Cimino, Nashville, Tn.

Dr. Bryant was my professor and mentor at Belmont University. She is the reason that many students have found the path and the careers that each are in today. The world lost one of the best, but the heavens gained a brilliant star to continue guiding others.
