Ms. Gladys was a regular participant of the C.T. Martin aerobics class, which is how I came to know her. She was the class inspiration. We looked to her for inspiration because she was always there, showing us how it's done as she moved to the beat of the music. Many the times when the feeling struck her, she'd stand and strut to the music and be in rhythm. She was soft spoken, kind-hearted, and fun.
