Gladys Radewahn

Its nice to see all the kind words spoken about my mom, she was definitely one of a kind and I sure do miss her.

Very sorry to hear about Gladys' death. She was a very nice lady. My son Jim went to Liskow Elementary School in Shields with Leif and they occasionally played at each other's homes.

I remember when I was a little girl, being at 8 point Lake playing in the water and doing gymnastics on the grass. Walking to the little store with the money that you would give me for candy and when we would roast marshmallows at the camp fire and light the sparklers on the 4th of July. How all the little girls would come over and we would all sing with you leading.
I remember being at Marco Island with you and grandpa with me running around in my hot pink bathing suit with the yellow...

I along with many enjoyed a life long friendship with my High School best friends. The family will know that Clarence, Gladys and my late wife Betty, were in each others wedding party. So much could be said for close friends that were always there in Florida and Michigan for fun times together..My blessing to Tom, Sue Ann and family that made our lives so meaningful...Thank you dear God for making our lives so happy and with perpose. Condolences to all of the Radewahn family. I was fortunate enough to have many of the Radewahn children in class at DMHS. I even remember riding Clarence's horse in a Can-Amera "walk-a-thon" after the horse slipped into a ditch and hurt Clarence's back.
