Gladys Wells

Gladys was a wonderful volunteer in the Library at Harrisburg Hospital for many, many years. We became friends, and she wrote letters from “Santa” to my daughter, and later helped her with school projects regarding WWII. Our mutual fondness of cats brought us many enjoyable moments of sharing cat stories. She also took blood pressures in the Harrisburg Hospital Lobby for years. Rest in sweet peace, Dear Gladys... I worked with Gladys at Blue Ridge Haven West and remained friends for many years. We enjoyed many lovely evenings at the Officer’s Club with Bruce and Gladys and miss them both!
