Growing up in Pavo, GA, I knew most of the Brasington family. Glen was older, but I remember Laverne's father, Rev. Hayes, when he was pastor of the Methodist churches on the Pavo Charge. My sympathy to the survivors; Fern and Fay I knew slightly, and Jim's widow, Mary Ann, was my Home Ec teacher at Pavo High.
