It was a blessing to work for Glen. As we looked for ways to improve students´ experiences at UMSL, she was open to innovation and optimistically accepted new ideas. UMSL took part in several national meetings with other urban universities because Glen understood that we all faced similar issues. Glen also knew how to motivate me by delegating difficult issues.
