Not sure what to say?

Downs Family,

I just wanted to express my love and fond memories of Grandpa Downs. He was so loving to all the children in the neighborhood. I truly enjoyed being around he and Grandma Downs and feel lucky to have known him. What a great man.

Much Love,
Amber Bashaw Karren

Dear Cheryl and Chad,

So sorry about your father's passing. I'm in Greensboro welcoming little Willa Reier. We'll catch up with you when I get home. Ashleigh and Jess send their love, warm thoughts of new Orleans!

Love you,
John and Patt

I became acquainted w/Glen when he was a fieldman at Sego Milk and enjoyed my association w/him (I worked in the office there). He was always pleasant and a joy to work with. My sincere sympathy to all his loved ones.

Dear Downs Family,

I used to enjoy spending time climbing the apple trees and eating the apples in the orchard with the Downs girls while Grandpa Downs looked on. He always used to greet me with a smile and his customary "Hello Wes".

I have so many great memories of Grandpa Downs but not greater than the wave me or Erin would receive on our way to and from work...

Grandma Downs,
I was sorry to hear of "Grandpa's" passing. I ran into Paige Godfrey Hansen at the grocery store and we talked about Grandpa giving us sled rides behind the horses. I also remember lining up with the rest of the neighbor kids to take a short ride on one of his horses. We also loved to come over in the summer time and scrape the peas from their pods, however, I think we ate most of what we touched. I just wanted to say there are so many of us with fond memories of you...
