Not sure what to say?

I had the privilege of knowing Glen for only a short time, but he will always leave a lasting impression on me. I truly enjoyed listening to the many adventures that colored his life, and wish I could have heard many more. Glen accepted me as a friend right away, and expressed how happy he was to know me. Men like Glen are few and far between, and I will always remember his hospitality, and honor his friendship.

Glen at my wedding on November 14, 2009

I have known Glen for many years and truly loved him. We may not have been blood related, but he was my family. I loved listening to his adventures in life and learned a lot from him. Glen was caring, gentle, and kind. He can now ride his horses again and rest in peace with a good life behind him. I will miss him dearly.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. It's comforting to know that God cares for all of us. The Bible gives us hope that one day we can see our loved ones again. On behalf of all mankind Jesus surrendered his soul. John 15:13 says “No one has love greater than this, that someone should surrender his soul on behalf of his friends.” Truly I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one and I hope these few words will bring you comfort and hope.

Dearest Loretta. I am so sorry for your loss. Glen was a wonderful man and it was my pleasure to have known him. I am sorry that I will not be able to attend his service as I have been ill. God bless and keep you and give you comfort as you go through this difficult time. God bless you.
