Susan and I extend our deepest and most heartfelt sympathies in Glen's passing. Glen was one of the good guys at IBM Tucson and was immensely helpful to me as I progressed in management there. His poem when we transferred back East is one of my finest pieces of IBM Memorabilia in my collection. Char, please know that you and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.
