Not sure what to say?

I have never met Glen and I truly do wish I had. My condolences go out to all of the friends and family that have been left behind with a void to fill.

To Glen's family; It is with great sadness that my family and I learned of Glen's passing. He was a lifelong friend of my mother's in Monroe and would always stop to see her or ask about her when he was in town. And as the president of the Monroe Historical Society, let me say that we cherished him as a member. We will miss him dearly. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and grandchildren. May you rest in peace, Glen.

To all the people who my Grandfather had touch their lives . I want you to know he treasured your freindships. To our family , although some are miles away he spoke of everyone of you as if he saw you yesterday. We will all miss him but we will also treasure the memories he gave us. He was more than a Grandfather to me and was the most important role model in my life. Everything I am and know is because of him.
Thank you for all your thoughtful words.

He was my cousin friend mentor boss he took me under his wing when i was 15 in 1950 gave me a lob and fired me at least 40 times .but he was allways there for me and any one else that needed help he will be missed cousin Lar

Glen James was a cousin, my close friend as we grew older, and the brother I never had. During the last few years we had had many a ride "UP COUNTRY" as he introduced me to the wonderful hills of the Berkshires and southern Vermont. I will always cherish family stories, his insights of life, strength of character and know he will always be sharing of himself to others as well. He is gone but not forgotten, he will always be my special brother.

Cousin Glen has given me so many wonderful memories. Like the wild rides over roads that seemed like goat trails in Monroe and him telling me everytime he came here he was going to steal my barn that he loved. I can't put into words how much I will miss him. He will always be with us and watching over us. Love to all, Cousin Bonnie
