Glen Earl Ledingham

LEDINGHAM, Glen Earl - Of Grand Blanc, age 84, died Monday, October 28, 2019 at his residence.

Funeral service will be held 3pm Sunday, November 3, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Reverend Harold K. Polk, Jr. officiating.

Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.

Contributions may be directed to Alzheimer’s Association or Genesee County Humane Society.

Visitation 12 Noon Sunday until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Glen was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on March 14, 1935, the son of the late Earl and Gladys Ledingham. Glen served in the United States Navy from 1954-58. On August 20, 1977, he married Emma Lee Starr. Glen worked for Toledo Scale Co. for over 40 years. He enjoyed woodworking and camping. After retiring, he became a caregiver and was beloved by his clients.

Surviving are wife, Emma Lee;

Children, Jody (Mitch) McKinley, Glen Roy (Linda) Ledingham and Marcia (Darin) Cebulla;

Stepson, Ron Starr;

9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren;

And several in-laws.

He was preceded in death by stepson, Don Starr.
