Glen Thomas Lee

I first met Glen when I was a new graduate student at the UW Primate Center in the late 1960s. Students at that laboratory were encouraged to be creative and self-reliant. I initially tried to express those values by designing and constructing some of the necessary equipment for my research work. Unfortunately, I had very little experience cutting and shaping wood, wire, plastic, and stainless-steel into the objects that I needed. Sally, after I left the Investment Board I often wondered how you, Glen and kids were doing. I got to know Glen through you and the times I met him at SWIB picnics or Christmas gatherings he always seemed like a great guy. Congratulations on your 52 years together! Andy and I made it to 45 years before his death 2 years ago. There´s no easy way to say this - widowhood sucks, but please know I´m thinking of you and wish you the best going forward.
