Will always remember the family picnics and his one of a kind smile! I was always treated like family and will never forget that! Love you all, Lisa Hilster Gillespie

Gloria, Gayle, Glynis and family - We were saddened to hear of Glen's passing. What a great person he was, always ready with a smile and greeting! My memories of Alloway include going to Remster's Market - the only market left where something could be put on "account", playing Remster's Market softball team (always a sponsor, always a killer team b/c Gayle was always SS!), kind words always spoken by your family, and always bestowed upon your neighbors. We are so sorry for your great loss....

Gloria and family, So sorry to here about Glen's passing. Our family has many good memories of Glen and Remster Market.
Especially the Subs. We can't get any good subs were we live.
Glen was so gracious to my parents. ( Harry and Louise Biermann). He will be remembered for a long time for all the good things he did for so many people.
Our prayers are with you all.

Glen was an icon in Alloway. I remember being a kid walking "downtown" to his store to get subs, chips and cigarettes for my great grandmother. He would let the towns people put thier purchases on a "charge" til they all got thier money on the first or whenever they got paid. They had the best subs and he was so good to the people in the town. He would even deliver an order of groceries to his customers. My prayers are with the family and I will keep the good memories of Glen just as I do to...

Gloria, Gayle and Glynis we are so sorry for your loss. Glen was my hero and you all knew that !!!!! My life was so much more powerful with your family in it. God Bless You, xo
