Not sure what to say?

Remember, Tracy, when we went with youth to Nauvoo. It was a fantastic trip. We learned so much about each other and families then. Long drive and great conversation there. The adventure began when we arrived and set up camp with the youth. I will never forget that trip. Thanks for all the advice for me and Mikki. Doug thanks for helping me with my tent. Love the Williams families bwith so much heart.

Karen, Debbie and Doug I just learned of Tracy's passing. I am so sorry to hear of Tracy's passing and the sadness it brings to your family. I first met your family when you moved into the house on Lake Forest Drive. You were great neighbors. I had the opportunity to know Tracy as a neighbor, and later as a boss and co-worker. He was a principled man who was willing to share his leadership philosophies and he was always open to follow up discussions. He will be missed. May God Bless your...

Hi Karen. I just learned of Tracy's passing from the Romney Institute. You both were such a wonderful and uplifting part of our lives during our career years together. We cherish those memories of our times together including our visit in your home those many years ago. This news comes as a shock to us since Tracy and I are the same age. Our deepest expressions of sadness and condolence. In gratitude for a life that touched ours for good...Al and Norma Haines

On behalf of the International City/County Management Association Senior Advisors (formerly Range Riders), I offer our condolences and sympathies to Karen and the other family members. I first met Tracy in 2005 and had the honor to serve with him as a Range Rider for many years. A true professional, gentleman, and honorable man.

I have always admired and looked up to Tracy - he was truly a Christlike man who exemplified that true charity and love. I remember with a large measure of gratitude how he was responsible for my becoming involved again with Scouting as an adult leader shortly after we moved here in '86 by asking me to serve on the ward's troop committee. I am still appreciative of the many experiences that led to throughout the years. His and Karen's kindness and example through the years and with the many...

Our condolences to the Williams family; he was a fine asset to the City of West Carrollton.

Karen, Debbie and Doug, I wanted to share my heartfelt condolences on Tracy's passing. I was honored to be one a several people chosen to serve the city and be mentored by Tracy. He displayed all the qualities of a great leader and wonderful person. I fondly remember going with him on many professional and community events as well as post council meetings to discuss and learn. To this day I illustrate some of these same lessons to young managers even using the same gestures to make the...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I am devastated by the news of Tracy's passing. Even though we led such different lives, we had a heartfelt bond of friendship that I have always cherished. The pleasure of celebrating my 92nd birthday on February 28, will be significantly diminished by not receiving his annual good wishes. Tracy was a true and very dear friend. I will miss him very much.
