Not sure what to say?

Dear Sharon,
We were surprised and sadden to learn of your mother's death this evening. I enjoyed your mother and at one time we really kept close connections but as the years drifted away, we sort of lost track of each other. I remember she was always so proud of you and your accomplishments. I know you will miss her as will your children. God bless you all.
