Not sure what to say?

We will always remember the fun times we have spent with Glenda, Tom and their family at Virginia Tech games. She was a joy to be around. We will miss her!

Sharon, Tommy, Mr. Williams and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Williams will always have a very special place in my childhood memories. She was definitely the coolest Mom on the block. And she was so talented. I still have and use the beautiful eggshell Christmas ornaments that she made and so generously gave to me. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

The picture that will be etched in my mind forever is Glenda & Tom hosting about 20 college kids from Va Tech on vacation at Nags Head. Despite the task of feeding all of us, she not only showed true southern hospitality, but a truly youthful spirit. And that is something that never seemed to tire, and I always appreciated and admired that quality.

She'll be missed by many

From A.J. Misiti - Mr. Williams, Tom and Sharon, I deeply regret that I cannot make it in from Cincinnati to pay my respects to your lovely wife and mother. I will never forget her generosity or hospitality during my visits to your home, or her bright greeen homemade sweet pickles!

Tom and Sharon - Your mother's beautiful spirit was passed to both of you, two special people who were more than "college budiies" to your friends. You genuinely cared and went out of your way for...

Our condolences go out to the extended family. We will miss her beaming smile and the warmth she brought to family gatherings. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
