We are cousins of Glenn from Uncle Orvan Berg side of the family. My remembrance of Glenn was when he visited our family on the farm just outside of Soldier, Iowa. My mother, Esther, always made homemade ice cream with the hand crank type of machine. We all took our turn, including Glenny, churning the milk, ice and all the other ingredients mom added.
